Recruitment Banner Rate & CnC Plz

This is my first banner of this style. It was a stock, but I did add quite a few fracticals and gradient maps. it took me a good amount of time to do. RATE AND CNC PLZ

the borders don't blend with the whole design. try a better font. nice effects tho

if u want real CnC,
text is too plain, add some glow effects, do masks, do SOMETHINGG, anyways it needs more color as well

I like the colors and the composition. The text could be better.
Personally, I think that you should remove a little some effects and lighting over the focal point and the border with the text.
But the rest is really good, Nice job Nuckle 8.5/10^^
