well its a 5/10
im sure you wanted all the black, maybe for text, but it doesnt look so good
im also not a big fan because of how it messes with the lighting, which is there, its just hard to see
i would suggest expanding the borders of the black, enough to establish good flow and depth, there is none btw
i know you want the black so just expand enough to make those qualities known
besides that, good effects and i see the start of what could be awesome flow

As our other Canadian friend said, a little less black. It takes up too much of the sig.

7/10 because it's ur first siggy in photoshop. i like it. i like the render yet the render looks plain...render doesn't blend with the c4d or whatever the thing is that you used. keep in mind the rule of third. some better lightning is needed. other than that good job!. i like it man

You need to learn how to use PS more...creatively, i means its not bad buts its not creative.
Also, its dark and needs more color and lighting effects, adding some textures would make it better as well.
Make it a little bigger and not soo many dark areas/spots. I hope you get betta
