Admin: The administrator is the one that takes care of everything. He/she has to make sure nobody is doing something wrong or breaking any rules. Make design for forum,help members and is active EVERY single day.

Moderators: Moderators have to be active everyday too. the moderator doesn't have to be all day long. but he/she must be at least two hours a day. The moderator make sure the forum is going in a good direction and make sure that some members are not offending others. The moderator also post topics to help other member in Learning Graphic Design or sharing some tuto,c4ds, etc..... The moderator also help people in other stuff.

Spam moderators: The name explain it. This moderator make sure no one is spamming. If some one is caught spamming they will end up being banned.

Gfx Moderator: This type of moderators are suppose to teach, and help other people. They are like teachers. So if you have any question or need help with some resources these are the people that you can refer to.

I dont really thing ppl should apply to be mod. IN my opinion the Admin choses the mods.

i mean you can apply and i can still deny you. anyways you are right at that point man. You can't apply for Moderator. I choose the mods.

Sorry im just really used to s-b and i think the way s-b works is the most organized way.

I agree with sora, but at the same time, when does an admin have time to personally recruit staff? I guess the applications are an o.k idea, but honestly, other than maybe one more moderator, I dont see why you'd need more staff until the forum grows a bit more.

I agree, its not that hard to recruit You just have trust them.
